Q. How do I find what I am looking for more easily?

A1. Determine what machine uses the attachment(s) you are looking for. The next step is to use the machine selection buttons that are located in the title bar across the top of each page and also on the right side of the home page. After clicking on the desired button, the products we offer for that machine are listed on the right. From there, click on the product you are looking for and information will be displayed. Please remember that the products listed for certain machines are products we manufacture quite regularly. If you do not see what you are looking for on the site, please call us. You may be pleasantly surprised as to what we can do for you.

A2. Another alternative to getting where you want to go is to click on the "home" button in the right hand corner of this screen. This will take you back to the home page. After arriving at the home page, click on the "site map" button on the lower right side of the page. Now you will be able to see all the web pages available on the site from one point. Simply search by machine and then by product and there you have it!

Q. Do you provide replacement parts?

A. Yes. Rockland provides replacement parts for all of our attachments. If you would like to get in touch with one of our service representatives, please call 800-458-3773 and ask for the parts department. If you would prefer to e-mail us, click here for the service center's e-mail address.

Q. Can I purchase attachments or products that are not on the web site?

A. Certainly!! Our custom manufacturing facility enables us to build almost anything. Although we try to keep our page as up to date as possible, we are always building new attachments and variations of existing attachments. If you are interested in a product that you do not see on our site, or you are just interested in a particular product, give us a call! We will gladly help design a product to your exact specifications. We may even help you invent a new product just for your operation!
