Territory Manager
Rockland is looking for a no-nonsense sales professional.
Applicants must have a proven track record of increasing sales, consistently cold calling, and using a real salesperson's approach to the sales process. We require you to understand what the customer needs, uncover the real issues, handle objections appropriately, and build quality long lasting relationships.
No gimmicky tricks or one line pressure closers on this sales team - we want and expect the best.
Sound good so far? It's not going to be that easy...
Our sales team has to compete with over fifty competitors, some of which are overseas. WE ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE COMPETITION and WE SELL MANY MORE TYPES of products than the competition. If you can't sell value and you can't deal with a wide range of technical products this job isn't for you.
